Members of the Middlesex Law Association have been informed that as of March 30, 2020 “the London Courthouse is OPEN but we strongly advise you not to visit the building”.

I will post further developments as they arise. There is much behind-the-scenes work going on amongst court staff, judges and lawyers to adapt to the new circumstances and to find and implement new processes (including e-services) to adapt to the new (and currently indefinite-length) solutions.
