Verbatim transcript of Justice Garson’s statement:

Please be advised that in accordance with the direction of the Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Ontario all civil matters in the Superior Court scheduled between March 17th and June 8th are hereby formally adjourned to Tuesday June 9th at 10am to be spoken to.

For clarity, this includes all civil motions, special appointments, pre trials, trials and matters on the March 27th civil assignment court list.

Should you have any urgent matters requiring attention between now and June 9th I have attached the Notice to Profession for your reference. You can also contact the Trial Coordinator for clarification.

This memorandum shall be sufficient to formally adjourn all affected matters.
