Please be advised that in accordance with the direction of the Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Ontario all civil and family matters in the Superior Court in Goderich scheduled between March 17th and June 5th are hereby formally adjourned to Tuesday June 9th at 10am to be spoken to.

For clarity, this includes all civil and family conferences, motions, special appointments, pre trials, and trials.

Should you have any urgent matters requiring attention between now and June 9th I have attached the Notice to Profession for your reference.
